Oman Tourist Visa Information:

To apply for a tourist visa to Oman, you must use the online application process on the website https://evisa.rop.gov.om. Visas will no longer be available at the airport or border crossings. Here's how to complete the electronic visa application:

1. Go to https://evisa.rop.gov.om

2. Click ‘Register as User’

3. Login with your email and password

4. Apply for a visa

Note: Even if you are eligible for a Visa on Arrival, it is recommended to pre-apply for your visa online in advance to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival.

Cost of the e-Visa:

Less than 10 days stay: USD 52 per person (non-refundable, paid online)

10-30 days stay: USD 85 per person (non-refundable, paid online)

      If you don't qualify for a Visa on Arrival, you can apply for an Oman Tourist Visa (1-month validity) by sending the following to Tour Oman:

Scanned copies of your passport (information page and front & back pages)

A passport-sized photo with a blue background

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application

It will take 4-5 business days to process your application, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. The immigration office is closed on weekends. The cost of a Tourist Visa (1-month validity) is USD 85 per person.

OK to Board Approval:

If your airline requires an OK to Board approval, please provide your flight details and electronic ticket with a valid PNR. The cost is OMR 1.500 per person. This approval may be required for citizens of India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka traveling from their country of citizenship. Nepali citizens traveling from India may also need this approval. The cost of the OK to Board process is USD 4 per person.
